Your child or student's progress is entirely dependent on the frequency of his or her use of the programme and his or her ability and motivation. Strivney does not claim to provide an exclusive learning system. Strivney encourages parents to consult with educators and other professionals, particularly in determining whether the child has a reading difficulty and how it should be addressed. Strivney will not be liable to you for your child or student’s lack of progress or learning difficulties. Strivney is presently offered as a free programme. Strivney reserves the right to make a charge for the use of the programme in the future. In this event Strivney will in no way be liable to you for withdrawal of this free service.

The programme is made available to you for personal use, for a parent to administer to a child and for teacher/student use, subject to the copyright terms laid out in this statement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your or your child or student’s password and login details and are responsible for all activities that occur there under.
